Qigong (pronounced Chee Gong and sometimes spelled Chi Kung) is a form of Chinese healing exercise that has a history spanning back over 3000 years.

It is a natural way for a person to develop the good energy (Zheng Qi) in their body and get in touch with the healing capacity or organising principle(Yuan Shen) that is within them.

Our classes are suitable for people of all levels, beginner to advanced, over 15 years old and in particular those who are interested in their sense of well being.

The practice of Qigong has been shown to alleviate and improve all types of conditions and increase the practitioner’s sense of well being.

There are two teachers of Tian Quan Gong Qigong in New Zealand.

Dr Sunny Lu is a Medical Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner who operates a clinic in Milford, North Shore.

Kerry Castell-Spence is a student of Dr Sunny Lu and a  Medical Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner who operates a clinic in Milford, North Shore.

Dr Sunny and Kerry are Medical Qigong Masters and the New Zealand representatives and Committee members of The World Academic Society of Medical Qigong.
